The client must provide me with clear visual references of the character/s and the background their prefers. ( This does not guarantee that I can accept your commission, please ask about my availability)

I have the right to refuse any type of commission

The client cannot claim my art as their own

I retain all rights to my works

The client can use or publish their illustration once it is finished.

If communication is lost with the client, they can contact me on any of my other social networks, but their place will be changed in my Trello until communication is resumed.

The client is paying for non-refundable time, please be 100% sure you want a commission from me before paying

Payment plans are subject to discussion, please contact me so I can give you a personalized plan.

I only have two payment methods: Paypal invoice or bank transfers

You can request a refund only before your commission starts, after the first sketch has been sent it is not possible to request a refund.

If you request a payment plan, it must be settled before I can start with your commission. If it is your turn on my list and the payment has not yet been settled, your place will be given to someone else. ( This means that your name will start to move down the list giving priority to payments already completed)

For very elaborate works such as complete illustrations, my TAT can be 4-5 months, depending on my current workload. Please consult my Trello or contact me directly for any questions.

If the work is needed by a certain date, we could come to an agreement by adding an extra so I can get ahead of you on my Trello (this has to be mentioned as soon as possible)

All dates given are subject to change, this is an estimate of how long it could take, it could take much less time, but it won't take more than 6 months.

You are entitled to three changes at any stage of the commission process (sketch, lineart and flat color)

For major changes that require changing the lineart of any illustration, an extra fee will be requested depending on the complexity of the change.
