General

• Only Paypal ( Bank transfer for Mexico )
• Payment must be made before the commission starts
• To be added to my waiting queue, payment (partial or full) must be made
• Requesting a quote does not guarantee that I will accept the commission.
• There is a set price list, but if the character(s), idea or background is too complex the price would be subject to change

Communication

• Quotes are made through any of my social media• If communication is lost or in danger of being lost, the client is strongly requested to contact me on any of my other social media• If communication was completely lost, the tag in my Trello will be moved to another section (clients without response)
If the client has not responded for 5 to 10 days, their tag will be moved to another section, to continue with the next person.

Queue

• Once a quote has been made to the client, payment will be requested in an invoice. Once the payment has been partially or completely made, it will be added to my Trello.• If the client is not willing to wait on the list, they could request a rush quote to have a high priority in my queue.• If the customer does not agree with the queue and does not want to pay for a Rush, please do not to ask for a commission from me.• I work from Monday to Friday on the commissions• My completion time is subject to change due to customer feedback or due to force majeure.

Work in progress, updates and turn around time

• I have a telegram channel where I post my progress and it is constantly updated with new content or new projects.• I will send a message to the client once I am about to start the commission or when I already have wips•Once the first wip of the commission begins, the waiting time between the first wip and the finished piece does not exceed 2 weeks, depending on the feedback/communication between me and the client•The client is asked to give the best feedback once the quote is made and when the wips are sent, illustrative images, clear descriptions, simple drawings are appreciated.•Waiting times are expected to be no more than 5 months, this may change depending on communication with the customer.• Due to the number of clients, it is not possible to give personal news to each client regarding matters of force majeure, but I will give news on any of my networks.

Quotes

•The final price of the quotes are subject to change depending on the complexity of: the characters, the background or the theme
• Quotes are made on any of my social media

Payments and refunds

• Payments can be partial or complete, this must be consulted beforehand and the payment must be completed before I start with the commission.
• Refunds are not eligible once the first payment has been made. • The client must be aware that they're asking for non-refundable time, if they are not willing to wait, with my style, with my way of working, they are asked not to quote anything of me. • The customer agrees with everything previously mentioned once they send the first payment
